K Talent was originally set up by Kris Lythgoe as part of the K Entertainments Group in 2004 and has since grown and developed into a well established Agency.
K Talent represents clients in all fields of the entertainment industry, including Television, Film, Theatre Drama, Musical Theatre, Commercials, Music and Endorsements. There are no age restrictions and graduates from accredited training establishments are also encouraged.The Agency looks after a variety of performers and has recently developed a department for children.
K Talent offers a personal managment style of representation. By limiting our intake we ensure that we select only those performers we feel passionate about and that each artist has our dedication and commitment to their career. We take pride in our work, and our personable approach and welcoming attitude is something we strive to deliver at a high level to both artists and casting professionals.

Melissa has been an Agent since 2001 after graduating from University with a BA Hons Degree in Perfomring Arts. Melissa took over as the Director of the Company from Kris Lythgoe in 2004. She has a diverse list of artists who range from Musical Theatre to TV & Film actors and also looks after Presenters on both TV and Radio. Melissa also represents a small number of Creatives.
Sheri came to K Talent in 2007 with a select client list and has since developed that list to represent a variety of of artists accross all genres of performance. After a successful career as a performer herself, she understands how important a positive actor/agent relationship is and actively seeks to nurture fresh new talent alongside her more established actors.
Hailey joined K Talent in 2006 taking over the Children's Agency, since her time at K Talent she has developed her list of artists to now include adults and deals with Musical Theatre and TV & Film and Small Scale Theatre productions. Always on the look out for new and up coming talent. Hailey runs a local Youth Theatre Company where she is resident director.
Steph started her career as a performer having trained at Italia Conti for a number of years. She started as an Agents Assistant in 2009 and has progressed to now building on her own list of clients that she manages. Steph looks after a number of dancers and musical theatre artists and a small selection of actors.
Sam Sam joined as Assistant to Melissa & Kris in 2003 wanting a change in career. Since her time at the agency Sam has beocme involved in all apsects of running the business on a day to day basis. She works closely alongside Melissa and is actively involved in the clients negotiations.
